Many of the cases that we handle at Nichols Lang & Hamlin are referred to us by other attorneys. If your client has a tort claim that falls outside the scope of your practice, we welcome the opportunity to work with you and the client to achieve a successful outcome.

We are flexible regarding the referring attorney’s level of involvement. Some attorneys may prefer no involvement once the referral is made, while others may prefer to collaborate to a more significant degree throughout the course of the litigation. We also understand that attorneys might not need assistance until the case is set for trial.

We are open to most types of arrangements, as we value establishing a trusted referral relationship. We understand that the client is yours and that you have trusted our attorneys to leverage their experience, resources, and skills to achieve a successful result for your client.
